What to include
Provide the country, page address, input values, units and the result you received. Explain the result you expected and, if possible, show a short calculation or primary-source link. For a display problem, include your browser and approximate screen size. Do not send complete bills, customer numbers or other personal information that is unnecessary to reproduce the issue.
How a report can be checked
A clear example lets the operator distinguish a formula fault from different tariff assumptions, rounding or an unfamiliar unit. A source with its publication date is especially helpful for changing prices or rules. Reports do not automatically establish that the submitted alternative is correct; the calculation and the evidence need to be checked together.
Corrections and response expectations
Confirmed changes should update the affected explanation, shared formula or regional configuration, with a regression test when relevant.
